Please read our cancellation policy carefully. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling for all clients and ensures our therapists can provide the best service possible.
Full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment time will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
50% refund or rescheduling fee applies. Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee or can be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee.
No refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and full payment.
In case of genuine medical emergencies, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Medical documentation may be required.
Severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe may qualify for fee waivers. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If we need to cancel your appointment due to therapist illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellation policies apply to individual sessions within packages. Unused sessions may be transferred to other services of equal or lesser value.
Gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy. Refunds for gift certificates will be issued to the original purchaser.
